Natasha Shuttleworth is the Director of Partner Services at Selion Global, where she leverages her resourcefulness and assists management in seamlessly delivering operations and services to all international offices. She is also the Global Board Secretary.

In addition to her Director of Partner Services role, Natasha is also a Partner at Selion Global Retreats, where she brings her extensive experience and creativity to help craft immersive and transformative experiences for their clientele. She works closely with the global faculty, organisations, and expert networks to deliver innovative programs that drive leadership growth and excellence.

Natasha's international career, a testament to her versatility, spans almost three decades. From Singapore to Europe, she has ventured into industries, academia, and entrepreneurial ventures, including roles in not-for-profit organisations and as a member of the Board of Trustees. 

As a former photojournalist, Natasha's creative flair and passion for design and beauty inform her focus on visual development and production at Selion Global Retreats, ensuring an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. 

Natasha holds a Master's degree in Sports, Physical Activity, and Mental Health. Her thesis contributed to the publication Leisure Activities in the Outdoors: Learning, Developing and Challenging.

Katja de Jong is Associate Partner Selion Global BeNeLux, and Director and Regional Manager BeNeLux at Board Connect GmbH, based in the Netherlands. With over twelve years of expertise in executive search, she excels in delivering international and pan-European mandates.

Throughout her distinguished career, Katja has held various senior roles at prominent management and personnel consultancies, including Kienbaum and Amrop. She has developed a broad range of skills, including project management, client acquisition, and cross-sector expertise.

Katja holds a degree in Criminology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a focus on "Crime & Organisations." Peter has held various academic positions throughout his career, including Professor of Global Corporate Governance, Ethical Leadership, and Risk Management at Melbourne Business School, an award-winning Professor in Global Governance at the University of Melbourne, Research Fellow for Governance at Harvard Kennedy School, and Adjunct Professor of Strategy at Vlerick Business School and Hong Kong University, and UGM in Indonesia. He has coached top executives and boards in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Jakarta and has been a guest speaker at esteemed institutions worldwide.
