Before joining Selion Global, Mihai co-founded Resolute Advisory, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and vision. His professional journey has spanned multiple industries, including FMCG, Retail, IT&C, Real Estate, and Construction, with senior roles at Profiles International, Stein & Partner, and SHL Talent Measurement from CEB (now Gartner).

Mihai's expertise encompasses executive search, assessment centres, HR consulting, and business development, and he has a proven track record of success. As a certified professional by the British Psychological Association, he is authorised to utilise various assessment tools, bringing a scientific methodology to his work.

Known for his pragmatic approach and down-to-earth nature, Mihai has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an adventure enthusiast with a passion for motorbiking, reflecting his adventurous spirit and love for exploring new horizons. 

Given his professional background, he has been hands-on and involved in coordinating all sides of the business from operational, client management and business development. Throughout the years, Mihai gained  significant experience in industries such as FMCG, Retail, IT&C, Real Estate and Construction.

Mihai is certified by the British Psychological Association and authorized to use various assessment tools. He is a down to earth and pragmatic guy that also values adventure, hence his passion for motorbiking.

Esben Poulsson is Senior Advisor at Selion Global. He contributes his expertise to several boards, both in the Asia Pacific region and the Nordics. He is the Executive Chairman of ENESEL PTE. LTD. (Singapore) and non-executive Chairman of Cambiaso Risso Asia Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Tamar Shipmanagement Ltd. (Hong Kong).

He also holds Non-Executive Directorships for X-Press Feeders Ltd., (Singapore), Nordic Shipholding A/S, (Copenhagen), Batchfire Resources Pty. Ltd., (Brisbane), Epic Gas Ltd., (Singapore) and Finnlines PLc., (Helsinki).

On the institutional and policy-making level, Esben serves on the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) board. He is the former Chairman of the London-based International Chamber of Shipping and the immediate past President (2019) of the Singapore Shipping Association. He is an Advisory Panel member of the Singapore Maritime Foundation.

Felix Sutter is a Senior Advisor at Selion Global Asia, bringing over two decades of experience in leadership advisory and change management. He joined PwC in 1995 and rose to become a trusted Partner, advising a discerning global clientele from 1999 onwards. His expertise was sought after for international secondments, leading him to Beijing and Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in serving local and international clients in these dynamic markets.

With a deep understanding of the ASEAN region, Felix offers profound entrepreneurial, leadership advisory, and change management expertise, particularly in emerging market sectors. His professional experience in various leadership roles and substantial knowledge in IT security, Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, as well as Emerging Market Strategies, provide a crucial asset to clients in Asia and globally.

At Selion Global Asia, Felix advises on high-profile leadership and expert assignments, creating value for Board and C-level clients alike. He extends exclusive coaching to executives during transition and change, leveraging his expertise to navigate complex business environments.

Jenson Fong is a seasoned Consultant who works closely with the founder and global chair of Selion Global and serves as a global resource for knowledge management, quality, and special projects. With a unique blend of project management, client service, and operational expertise, Jenson has developed a deep understanding of the professional services sector. He has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, building solid relationships with clients and stakeholders, and supporting complex projects to successful outcomes.

Jenson's expertise spans various industry sectors and functional knowledge, with a focus on talent management and executive search. He has held various client service and support-level positions within private banking and investment management in Singapore, which require the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels locally and abroad.

He has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients and has a proven ability to drive complex projects to success. His educational background includes a degree in Business Management (HRM) and a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Psychology.

Natasha Shuttleworth is the Director of Partner Services at Selion Global, where she leverages her resourcefulness and assists management in seamlessly delivering operations and services to all international offices. She is also the Global Board Secretary.

In addition to her Director of Partner Services role, Natasha is also a Partner at Selion Global Retreats, where she brings her extensive experience and creativity to help craft immersive and transformative experiences for their clientele. She works closely with the global faculty, organisations, and expert networks to deliver innovative programs that drive leadership growth and excellence.

Natasha's international career, a testament to her versatility, spans almost three decades. From Singapore to Europe, she has ventured into industries, academia, and entrepreneurial ventures, including roles in not-for-profit organisations and as a member of the Board of Trustees. 

As a former photojournalist, Natasha's creative flair and passion for design and beauty inform her focus on visual development and production at Selion Global Retreats, ensuring an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. 

Natasha holds a Master's degree in Sports, Physical Activity, and Mental Health. Her thesis contributed to the publication Leisure Activities in the Outdoors: Learning, Developing and Challenging.

Phaik Sim Khaw (Phaik Sim) is a highly experienced finance professional who serves as Finance Manager at Selion Global. With a career and positions spanning esteemed organisations, including as Finance Manager at Amrop Hofer Tan Singapore and in various capacities at the Central Bank and multinational corporations in Malaysia, Phaik Sim brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Phaik Sim is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of financial management, ensuring the seamless adoption of accounting principles, and adhering to a strict code of ethics. Her commitment to professionalism has earned her the respect of her peers and the trust of management.
