Andrea has accumulated a wealth of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Consulting. 


    She began her career at Amrop Jenewein in 2000, where she spent ten years honing her skills. She then moved to NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International Neumann), where she headed the global Competence Centre Financial Services and later took over the management of the Austrian subsidiary. Andrea's career trajectory also includes leadership positions at LAB & Company Austria, where she served as Managing Partner of the Vienna office, and Amrop Jenewein, where she was Associate Partner and later Managing Director. In 2022, she founded her own Executive Search company, Andrea Viehauser Executive Search. 


    Throughout her career, Andrea has specialised in Executive Search for top management (C-level) positions, Management Appraisals, and Leadership Advisory Consulting, with a focus on the Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Public Sector, Digital and IT, Energy, and Production Industries in the DACH and CEE regions.

Andrea holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is fluent in English.
