As Managing Partner of Austria and CEE at Selion Global, Andrea Viehauser is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in Leadership Advisory Consulting. She leverages her expertise to support clients in selecting top management profiles of excellence, board members, and supervisory board members. Andrea has accumulated a wealth of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Consulting. 

She began her career at Amrop Jenewein in 2000, where she spent ten years honing her skills. She then moved to NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International Neumann), where she headed the global Competence Centre Financial Services and later took over the management of the Austrian subsidiary. Andrea's career trajectory also includes leadership positions at LAB & Company Austria, where she served as Managing Partner of the Vienna office, and Amrop Jenewein, where she was Associate Partner and later Managing Director. In 2022, she founded her own Executive Search company, Andrea Viehauser Executive Search. 

Throughout her career, Andrea has specialised in Executive Search for top management (C-level) positions, Management Appraisals, and Leadership Advisory Consulting, with a focus on the Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Public Sector, Digital and IT, Energy, and Production Industries in the DACH and CEE regions. 

Her expertise has been sought after by her clients, including CEOs seeking guidance on management succession planning and leadership team development. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is fluent in English. Born in Salzburg, she brings a unique blend of professional experience and cultural understanding to her work at Selion Global.

Heike Johannes is an Associate Partner at Selion Global Germany and a Senior Client Partner at Board Connect GmbH, leveraging two decades of executive search expertise to manage complex client relationships, search mandates, and management audits.

Following a career in international tourism and sales at a global computer wholesaler, Heike transitioned into consulting, initially serving as a (Senior) Project Manager and later as a Senior Consultant at various international and German firms. She developed a strong track record in cross-industry executive search and management assessment, placing top executives, managers, and senior-level experts in key positions.

Heike's industry expertise spans the Public Sector, Financial Services & Real Estate, and Family-owned and medium-sized businesses, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for her clients.
