    As Managing Partner of Austria and CEE and Member of the Global Board at Selion Global, Andrea Viehauser is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in Leadership Advisory Consulting. She leverages her expertise to support clients in selecting top management profiles of excellence, board members, and supervisory board members. Andrea has accumulated a wealth of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Consulting. 


    She began her career at Amrop Jenewein in 2000, where she spent ten years honing her skills. She then moved to NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International Neumann), where she headed the global Competence Centre Financial Services and later took over the management of the Austrian subsidiary. Andrea's career trajectory also includes leadership positions at LAB & Company Austria, where she served as Managing Partner of the Vienna office, and Amrop Jenewein, where she was Associate Partner and later Managing Director. In 2022, she founded her own Executive Search company, Andrea Viehauser Executive Search. 


    Throughout her career, Andrea has specialised in Executive Search for top management (C-level) positions, Management Appraisals, and Leadership Advisory Consulting, with a focus on the Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Public Sector, Digital and IT, Energy, and Production Industries in the DACH and CEE regions.
