With decades of experience in Board and Leadership consulting services, she specialises in C-suite appointments, advisory, and strategic guidance for mid-sized and large corporations, family-owned enterprises, and venture capitalists worldwide.

With a deep understanding of senior leaders' challenges, Cecile excels in identifying and developing top talent, advising on strategic leadership initiatives, and fostering effective boards and executive teams. Her extensive experience includes building and enhancing boards, succession planning, culture and diversity hiring expertise, and senior talent management across various industries such as financial services, private equity, hospitality, travel, consumer, and life science.

As Managing Partner of Austria and CEE and Member of the Global Board at Selion Global, Andrea Viehauser is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in Leadership Advisory Consulting. She leverages her expertise to support clients in selecting top management profiles of excellence, board members, and supervisory board members. Andrea has accumulated a wealth of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Consulting. 

She began her career at Amrop Jenewein in 2000, where she spent ten years honing her skills. She then moved to NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International Neumann), where she headed the global Competence Centre Financial Services and later took over the management of the Austrian subsidiary. Andrea's career trajectory also includes leadership positions at LAB & Company Austria, where she served as Managing Partner of the Vienna office, and Amrop Jenewein, where she was Associate Partner and later Managing Director. In 2022, she founded her own Executive Search company, Andrea Viehauser Executive Search. 

Throughout her career, Andrea has specialised in Executive Search for top management (C-level) positions, Management Appraisals, and Leadership Advisory Consulting, with a focus on the Financial Services, Transport and logistics, Public Sector, Digital and IT, Energy, and Production industries in the DACH and CEE regions.

Carin Beumer is a seasoned global board director and entrepreneur with a passion for driving innovation and positive impact in the life sciences and humanitarian sectors. As a Member of the Global Board of Selion Global and non-executive Board Director for various for-profit and non-profit organisations, Carin brings her expertise to bear on health and wellbeing, discovery, and purpose.

 With over 25 years of experience co-founding life science startups in biotech, ag-tech, and consumer health, Carin has developed a unique understanding of the intersection of business and social impact. Her board roles include Chair of the Board, Chair of the Governance Committee, and member of various committees, including Audit and Risk, Finance, Safeguarding, and Governance and nomination.

Carin's international humanitarian work spans the Global South, with a focus on fragile states, and her educational endeavours are centred in Switzerland. Before her entrepreneurial pursuits, Carin worked in investment banks in Amsterdam and London, specialising in project finance in developing countries.

A certified International Board Director (IDP-C, Insead 2019-2020), Carin holds degrees in Economics from the Free University in Amsterdam and a BSc from the Breda University of Applied Sciences. Her extensive global experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets.
