Esben Poulsson
Singapore
Esben Poulsson is Senior Advisor at Selion Global. He contributes his expertise to several boards, both in the Asia Pacific region and the Nordics. He is the Executive Chairman of ENESEL PTE. LTD. (Singapore) and non-executive Chairman of Cambiaso Risso Asia Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Tamar Shipmanagement Ltd. (Hong Kong).
He also holds Non-Executive Directorships for X-Press Feeders Ltd., (Singapore), Nordic Shipholding A/S, (Copenhagen), Batchfire Resources Pty. Ltd., (Brisbane), Epic Gas Ltd., (Singapore) and Finnlines PLc., (Helsinki).
On the institutional and policy-making level, Esben serves on the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) board. He is the former Chairman of the London-based International Chamber of Shipping and the immediate past President (2019) of the Singapore Shipping Association. He is an Advisory Panel member of the Singapore Maritime Foundation.
Felix Sutter is a Senior Advisor at Selion Global Asia, bringing over two decades of experience in leadership advisory and change management. He joined PwC in 1995 and rose to become a trusted Partner, advising a discerning global clientele from 1999 onwards. His expertise was sought after for international secondments, leading him to Beijing and Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in serving local and international clients in these dynamic markets.
With a deep understanding of the ASEAN region, Felix offers profound entrepreneurial, leadership advisory, and change management expertise, particularly in emerging market sectors. His professional experience in various leadership roles and substantial knowledge in IT security, Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, as well as Emerging Market Strategies, provide a crucial asset to clients in Asia and globally.
At Selion Global Asia, Felix advises on high-profile leadership and expert assignments, creating value for Board and C-level clients alike. He extends exclusive coaching to executives during transition and change, leveraging his expertise to navigate complex business environments.

Sara Roberts collaborates as Senior Executive at Selion Global Leadership Advisory, where she partners with CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams to guide both individuals and organisations through transformative growth and change. With extensive international leadership experience across Europe, the US, and Asia, Sara is dedicated to helping leaders unlock their potential, foster inclusive cultures, and drive business performance through transformational leadership strategies.
Before joining Selion Global, Sara served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific Talent, Learning, and DE&I Head at Citi. In this role, she designed and implemented talent, learning, and DE&I strategies aligned with a $15bn+ business spanning 19 countries and 60,000 employees. A skilled facilitator, Sara has led global and regional leadership development programs, including Citi’s Women Leadership Development Program. Her career spans senior HR leadership roles with global organisations, working across industries such as financial services, fintech, biotech, technology, and more.
