With a career and positions spanning esteemed organisations, including as Finance Manager at Amrop Hofer Tan Singapore and in various capacities at the Central Bank and multinational corporations in Malaysia, Phaik Sim brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Natasha Shuttleworth is the Director of Partner Services at Selion Global, where she leverages her resourcefulness and assists management in seamlessly delivering operations and services to all international offices. She is also the Global Board Secretary.

In addition to her Director of Partner Services role, Natasha is also a Partner at Selion Global Retreats, where she brings her extensive experience and creativity to help craft immersive and transformative experiences for their clientele. Natasha's international career, a testament to her versatility, spans almost three decades. From Singapore to Europe, she has ventured into industries, academia, and entrepreneurial ventures, including roles in not-for-profit organisations and as a member of the Board of Trustees. 

As a former photojournalist, Natasha's creative flair and passion for design and beauty inform her focus on visual development and production at Selion Global Retreats, ensuring an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication.
