With extensive international leadership experience across Europe, the US, and Asia, Sara is dedicated to helping leaders unlock their potential, foster inclusive cultures, and drive business performance through transformational leadership strategies.
Before joining Selion Global, Sara served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific Talent, Learning, and DE&I Head at Citi. In this role, she designed and implemented talent, learning, and DE&I strategies aligned with a $15bn+ business spanning 19 countries and 60,000 employees. A skilled facilitator, Sara has led global and regional leadership development programs, including Citi’s Women Leadership Development Program. Her career spans senior HR leadership roles with global organisations, working across industries such as financial services, fintech, biotech, technology, and more.
