About the Role

We are seeking a Communications & Brand Specialist to work closely with Selion Global’s leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for defining and amplifying Selion Global’s brand voice, driving content strategy, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor to global leaders.

As the leadership’s trusted partner, you will help craft thought leadership content, execute branding strategies, and support key initiatives that reinforce Selion Global’s reputation in the executive search and leadership advisory space.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Develop high-impact content tailored for executive audiences, including articles, reports, LinkedIn posts, and leadership insights.

Brand Development: Partner with the leadership to refine and evolve Selion Global’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.

Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Lead marketing efforts that enhance Selion Global’s visibility and reputation in leadership advisory and executive search.

Project Coordination: Support key initiatives, streamlining workflows and ensuring on-time execution.

Media & Event Engagement: Contribute to public relations and event strategies, elevating Selion Global’s role as a thought leader in the industry.

Who You Are

A strategic communicator with a passion for leadership, business, and organisational growth.

A skilled writer capable of crafting thoughtful, impactful messaging that resonates with senior-level executives.

A proactive thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Familiarity with executive search, leadership advisory, or consulting is a strong advantage.

Digital-savvy, with experience leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for branding and engagement.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in communications, branding, or marketing, preferably within management consulting, executive search, or professional services.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or organisational studies. A strong academic foundation in leadership, strategy, or organisational behaviour is highly desirable.

Skills: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Language: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, highly creative, and with the ability to craft messages tailored to a senior-level audience.
